The Build-A-Bike team event combines community service with a brainy, challenging and fun team building workshop. Each team must discover ways to overcome challenges in communication, collaboration and leadership to accomplish the goal.

As part of their 2015 kick-off meeting, MDI is building 10 bikes and will be donating them to multiple charities supported by the Ella Marie Foundation.
